We stand behind our service. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll refund you in full โ no questions asked.
1 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date
- This is your first subscription with iptvproviders (first-time customers only)
- Your account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations
We also consider refund requests outside the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis for service outages exceeding 24 continuous hours that are directly attributable to our infrastructure.
2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Account suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party software
- You have previously received a refund from iptvproviders
- Partial refunds for unused days on a subscription (subscriptions are non-prorated)
- Free trial accounts (no charge was made)
3 How to Request a Refund

4 Refund Processing Times
Once your refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card: 3โ7 business days
- PayPal: 1โ3 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1โ5 business days (subject to network conditions)
- Bank Transfer: 5โ10 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.
5 Service Credits
In situations that do not qualify for a cash refund, we may offer service credits at our discretion, including:
- Extended subscription time for documented service outages
- Account credits for partial service disruptions
- Complimentary subscription upgrades for long-term customers
Service credits are applied to your account and have no cash value.
6 Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks can cause unnecessary delays and may result in permanent account suspension.
If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred, please contact us immediately at billing@iptvproviders.me and we will resolve it promptly.
